That is why all of our cakes are made with 100% natural ingredients; flour, eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder, spices, sugar, raisins, currants, wine, rum, and contain absolutely no trace of nuts or chocolate! And, because our cakes are soooo.... rich and full bodied, we suggest a serving size of approximately 2-3 oz per serving.

If you have never been so lucky to visit the island yourself, these cakes let you truly experience the authentic flavor of Jamaica. Sometimes, these cakes are referred to as rum puddings and may be served with a choice of sauces, the most popular being the Rum Sauce and in appreciation to you for your order, we include a rum sauce recipe with every purchase!

Our cakes are made and delivered year round and are heat sealed and vacuum packed to maintain ultimate freshness until it arrives to you. And, after you receive your cake, it will not require any special care or refrigeration!
